Destiny is for losers. It's just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen instead of making them happen. - Miss Blair Waldorf

Accessorize your summer bags!

Bags are by no mean feat, cheap! The more beautiful, the more expensive, and ladies, we don't buy cheap! Therefore it is a must, that we get what we can out of the bags! I find myself buying more and more bags simply because I have outfits and no bags. So I've had a little investigation and found some ways to accessorize your bag so that it can go with more outfits!

Bag charms!
This cute "Crazy horse" one is from Accessorize which is owned by Monsoon, and now does 10% discount to NUS holders, handy! These attach easily to the zips and can be a really fun way to spice your bag up, they're also detachable which means that you can up-date the bag by using the charms and make it better for one season rather than another using them.
The other one is also quite dainty and very sweet too and again from Accessorize. I have found that they seem to be the best place to get bag accessories from honestly since they specialize a little bit more!

Scarves.
Scarves are another great way. Very chic too! Just tie them around the handle or if their long enough wind around and tie at each end. These are great for handbags and are especially beautiful on fabric bags! I really recommend them on handbags that are fabric based more than leather just because they look as if they should have been there when brought! When your buying the little scarves don't think around your neck scarves, think more of the silky ones that you get to put in your hair, they have great patterns, lovely texture and are the right length.

Sunglasses.
If you've got a pocket that you can hook your sunglasses onto then that can be a great way. If you don't often wear sunglasses then I recommend buying some cheap sunglasses in  fun colours i.e. pink or turquoise, and popping them just onto the pocket, they'll give any bag a more sunny feel and  if you really do need them then they are there! Voila! They'll just help give a little bit of a pop to your bag.

Outfit of the Day...

This isn't really outfit of the day, it's more outfit that I wore today. But that doesn't sound nearly as snazzy. So I've been shopping and brought a Revlon Lipstick, Nail polish and liquid Eye-liner, so expect reviews to be coming up for those! I've also seen a bag I adore in TK Maxx but I don't think I'll get since I'm trying to be more sensible now with my money and sadly I don't think I'll have very many places to take it too, it's more of a holiday go clubbing type bag that is gorgeous! It's a coral colour with that caged metal lattice affect that bags had in December and is gold, it sounds awfully but is so bright and heart warming you can't help but think of Summer! So here's what I wore today, I just wore my skater dress from River Island which is far too low and so I put on a black cami underneath that happens to have a lovely higher lace part and actually worked really well, a thin black belt, black tights and my black boots again. Need to get new boots! Oh and that's my RI Jacket which you've probably seen me wearing before and I really liked these badges that I found on one of my other jackets and thought they were really cute though I've lost my favourite one a while ago, very sad! But I find that badges are the quickest and easiest way to update a jacket and can help give a hint to the style that you want to be as well! I.e. little sailor badges for a nautical feel!

Also any opinion on dying my hair red? Also know any great home hair colouring kits that won't cost me the earth? Since I don't want to pay £40.00 to have it done then realise I don't like it and that I'm stuck with it permanently till it grows out, Thanks!

Blehh ):

Feel seriously icky ): I've a runny nose and everything, I've not even straightened my fringe since I've tied my hair up how lazy >< I suppose I should do it now before my night class ><  Least I managed to get my coursework marked, and it looks like I've tomorrow off, except I have to go to an art gallery in town for my Art, not that I mind but I just feel so icky! I'm now starting my longgggg list of to do stuff down, so hopefully I can do some tonight and then print off tomorrow, even though I could do with the sleep, but I'm sure I'll get sleep eventually... oh beautiful sleep.... I suppose I'll have an early night if I can when I get home, not that it'll be that much earlier but still, it's something.
Oh and I've gone back to drinking my green tea which I absolutely dislike, but it's annoyingly good for you, I'd also better have more coffee before I go to my night course otherwise I might fall asleep, which probably isn't the most useful thing to do...
Anyway I'll post later as well if I remember, though I'm afraid no pictures today cause I look absolutely awful!

Had my hair dyed today, and went for a darker color, a bit red, than my normal ginger since a change seemed like a cheerful idea, specially after making the notes for the stupid homework that took me all day to do, and then when I came home it STILL took me 2 hours to write the essay, after ringing people up to find what they'd put.. Oh Russia how I hate you!
But today cause I got up late cause  had a lazy day, I've thrown on my H&M jumper and my primark belt (which I meant to tie looser but was far too tired to change from being tight ><) and my leggings and black flats since I don't have any black boots yet to wear with leggings or tights or anything. I really do need a pair but don't seem to be able to find any nice ones, which is a pain! I'm so picky with shoes it's daft! But I think I might treat myself to a pair I saw in Primark on Thursday, when I go into town to pick up my trousers that are dry clean only and I spilt my coffee down and to pick up my lip primer and foundation primer that I ordered from boots. Since I feel like I deserve a treat even if they are a little high, but I can walk in them... They're just not practical but who ever cared about that?
I also tomorrow have to send off my contract for Debenhams otherwise I'm going to miss the deadline, but they shouldn't make it so bloody hard and long winded! And I need to change my personal statement for my UCAS and look into Uni's still. I could also do with a really long sleep but I doubt I'll get that!
It's 22:14 and I've no intention of sleeping till I've done all my corrections for business, taken some photo's to put up with this post and till I've done a little bit of art, or at least moved it so I can get into bed, I might also tidy cause that's what I do when I'm annoyed... I tidy! Which is a productive idea I think.
I've also a driving lesson tomorrow, so hopefully that'll go well and I shan't crash or something! Oh and I'm also going to write now the morning quote, cause I never have the drive to do it in the morning, so I'm going to do it so I just need to sign in and then post it! Such brilliance!
