Topshop Statement Dresses.Launches 14th April.

"High Octane", "Dress Up","Rock & Roll Cool", "Understated Glamour".

These words have to be a girl's most favourite! I've never heard them and not loved what they entailed. So when I saw this on Topshop's poster, I had to have a decent look. They were telling the truth. I will be investing in one of these pieces for my prom or something. I love them. They also launch a week after my birthday so I should hopefully have some spare cash to buy one with! If you want a dress that you can wear all year round for any unexpected parties you may have or up and coming events that you NEED to look hot for. I'm completely advising this line. They will be well made and beautiful.  

Also for anyone that really enjoys "Behind the Scenes" video's, here is one that came in the e-mail that I got about this. I do love these video's and this does seem to fit the picture that they are trying to give, "High octane fun". I love these promotional video's that companies do, they always look such fun to shoot! 

Party Dresses! For this party season!

I love! a good party dress! It can make or break a night if you ask my opinion, you want a gorgeous one... that you don't have to keep pulling up, that isn't too tight and show all those little bumps, and you want it to accentuate all you're good bits. Oh! and of course you've gotta be able to get out of it quick if you catch my drift, that's how good I want my dress to be!

So I've had a little shop around, and these are the top 5 dresses that I will be buying, since from experience there is only so many times you can wear 1 dress before you start to think, if I go naked someone won't notice, if I wear this dress everyone will notice I'm wearing it for the umpteenth time...

This gorgeous crochet dress is perfect with it's simple pattern and flattering style, it just needs some lovely platform shoes and a couple of accessories and you're off for a party! Perfect for if you're in a rush and need a dress to quickly jazz up for a night out on the town!

Party! Dinner! Birthday! Friends!

So I went to my friend's party last night, and I'll see if there's a passable picture to show you all what I was wearing since I actually forgot to take one. So I'll talk more about that later, but it was a great night.

But I've my nans dinner today, so I'll take a picture of my outfit before I go and report more when I'm back!

and I've also to go see my best friend since it's her birthday today as well and to give her her present. Novembers an expensive month! Least I get to go shopping next Saturday! (:

Coursework, Wii Fit and Dinner out. All in all a lovely day...

Such a wonderful day I've managed to have today! I've done quite a bit of coursework, and tidied my dreadful room! I didn't realise how much floor space I had! I also managed to FINALLY ring work, which is good, I'm looking forward to work for some weird reason. I'm weird? Although it has just occurred that I've not the foggiest where my trainers for work are...Bother! On the upside I've managed photo's again, so I'm quite impressed with that! I'm getting the hang of this!

Ooh! and my dad set up the Wii Fit for mum, turns out I'm the one that has used it the most! I spent 45 minutes on it, jogging around the "park" and overtaking the trainer which was quite fun! and hula hooping, I'm not sure exactly why I can hula hoop on the Wii and not real life which is a shame. and doing weird dance step ups, but it was good fun! Definetly worth the money, and now I can exercise in the warm instead of on the trampoline in the cold... that and the springs keep flying into next doors garden...

I also got an e-mail back from one of the people that I asked to e-mail, so I've that interview done, I just need to type it all up and sort it out a little, and then that'll go up too! So you'll have to tell me if you like it once it does and if you want more! more!more! 

And we also went to Pizza Express, where I had a salad... and a Chocolate fudge cake to finish it all off with! But I had a salad so it's okay! It was really nice, and the photo's are what I wore then since I was wearing my jogging bottoms and that today, not nearly as attractive! But yeah it was just my jacket, and new drummer type blouse thingy, and my skinny jeans and high shoes again. I desperately need more clothes. But I'm refusing to by more if I'm going to try to keep loosing weight.

Love!

So I had my night course and I love it!!! I've taken a picture of a seam I did... and did again, it looks quite cool I think! So I'll upload that along with the pictures of what I wore today, I must admit the top is from Primark so it is a little unforgiving so excuse the little podge lol, But the trousers are from RI as well of as the shoes. But back to the night course, we got in there and had a little bit of paperwork to do and then a chat about who we were etc. and we had to fill in sheets to state our aims etc. and then we got to the sewing machines and I love it! I managed to thread mine up and everything because I do sew a little at home but these were big machines! So yeah this is a little of what we did, and I'll keep you updated and keep posting stuff about it!
I also did a big A3x3 drawing today, that is as big as me! But I'll take a picture of that tomorrow and post it up so you can all see, it's just a fashion drawing that I did from another drawing that was in my art book out of a vogue book for my fine art.
It also drizzled most of the day which was awful, and tomorrow I'm having some of my hair dyed so there will also be a picture of that up tomorrow, and I'm going to try and get my better camera up and running and take some more interesting ones!

So here are the ones for the party I wore Saturday night, I did throw my green jumper on over it as well since it was pretty cold, I also need a new dress to go out in! This is my only one party dress! and my mum brought me some kingfisher? green tights that looked really nice with it too! I think they were from John Lewis but I'm not sure.

This is what I wore today because I got up farrrr to late! I need to start taking pictures in the day when the lighting is better! But the trousers are from RI and are really warm and just generally quite nice, I really want some loafers or Penny high heel loafer type shoes to go with them cause they would look adorable I think! and the top is Primark and the Jumper is a mens Red Herring one but it's really warm, thicker, and keeps the shape better than the ones in New Look! I also need to learn to smile better in Photographs, I apparently have a nice smile but it seems the second I know there's a camera I pull the stupidest smile I can.

Work on a sunday

So I didn't post yesterday cause I had work at JJB at 9-1 and then Debenhams 1:30-5:30 and then had a party, but there are pictures of what I wore yesterday, and I'm sure I'll find some awful pictures of ones that were taken there when I looked less fresh since we all got really hot in the little hall. But it was a good party anyway, I've work today at 10:30-4:30 too, so I'm a little tired still but I thought I'd better put up a motivational quote for you all to encourage you to get out of bed on this or at least here, drizzly rainy day!
